Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer who is adept in the art of minimalist design, inspired by western design philosophies. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who can make real-time changes and consistently deliver fresh, engaging designs on a daily basis. You will be an integral part of our team, bringing our web presence to life with clean, impactful, and user-friendly designs.

Role and Responsibilities

· Engage in critical thinking, persuasive argumentation, meticulous analysis, strategic planning, and continuous refinement.

· Embrace feedback and critique while maintaining an unwavering resolve.

· Evaluate wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps in alignment with UI/UX standards and client requirements.

· Define the level of design effort through scoping

· Demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, and visualization.

· Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work, meeting expectations consistently.

· Develop a profound understanding of clients and users to inform design decisions.

· Apply strategic design thinking to solve real-world problems.

· Cultivate an appreciation for usability, minimalism, and simplicity.

Essential Skills

· Familiarity with UI/UX approaches and methodologies sitemaps, wireframing, and prototyping.

· Possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX Design.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

· Demonstrate lateral thinking and an affinity for minimalist, usable design

· Great working knowledge of Figma, Adobe illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

· Good understanding of HTML, CSS, javascript
