Get Out The Vote!

This project is about targeting a particular audience of our choice and making a design that appeals to that audience. The goal is to get the viewer to vote, giving the project name, "Get Out The Vote." There are three final poster that are non-partisan, each having their own targeted audience.
There is one poster that is typography with a rasterized image, one that is type only and the last one being type with a vector image. In no particular order, one also has to appeal to the audience through practicality, one is poetic and the last one is persuasion.

Vote to Stay Adventurous!
Practical- Give the viewer facts or certain information. It doesn't have to appeal to the viewer other than giving them the basic information.
This poster certainly has persuasive and poetic aspects, but it is meant to be mostly practical. The idea is that people who love to travel and make their life an adventure should respect and appreciate the freedom we have living in America where we can do whatever we want with our lives. The goal is to simply make the viewer realize that by keeping their freedom, they have to actively fight for it. The least you can do is VOTE!
This poster is found at an outdoor and bike shop, posted on a rock. It will be seen by people who shop for camping, climbing and bike gear.
The Coffee Shop Poster
Poetic- Meant to appeal to the viewer's senses, there doesn't have to be clear direction. A poetic design is up for interpretation.
This poster appeals to college aged people who spend a lot of time in coffee shops doing their studying. The colors are there to catch the attention of anybody walking by. You can understand it in about a second and is pleasing to look at. The typeface is Bodoni, a trending typeface often used to appeal to younger people.
This poster is found in a busy coffee shop full of students. It is placed by a walk way, always being seen.
Love Your Country Like You Love Your Dog
Persuasive- Using what your audience likes to convince them to think or act a certain way.
This poster appeals to the type of dog lover who searches the internet looking for funny dog memes and emailing them to everybody they know. They like their dogs more than they like people. This poster wants the viewer to think about the love for their dog, and applying that effort into loving your country as well. You'd vote for your dog, so vote for your country!
This poster can be seen in a pet shop. People obviously go to pet shops to buy food, toys ect. for their pets. So when going to pet friendly environment, it would be appropriate to find a poster like this.
