In the late summer/fall of 2014, Shipwire came to Teehan+Lax to help create a resource centre on their site. The goal was to house a series of white papers, blog posts, case studies, videos and more that would help answer any visitor's questions they might have about using them as a shipping fulfillment provider.
 
Working within the established Shipwire look-and-feel that T+L had created, our small team (strategist, developer, copywriter, project manager and myself) went to work conceptualizing, ratifying and designing user flows, site section maps, and finished page templates and components. The twist was that we organized the resource hub not by resource type but by thematic collections, more directly reflective of the kind of open-ended search for information that a visitor to the site might be performing.
 
The resource hub launched in the fall of 2014, enrichening the content of the Shipwire site and solidifying its position as a leader in fulfillment.
