I'm really excited for NWSL to return to Boston in 2026. We've had a void here since the Breakers folded, and the team plans to renovate and play at Franklin Park's White Stadium, which is right in my neighborhood. The NWSL's 2024 kit launch a few weeks back had me thinking what the team might look like if they launched this year instead, with this 2024 framework of a bespoke patterned primary kit and a gradient-design secondary. Since NWSL Boston hasn't announced its final name or crest yet, I used the launch crest/branding (designed by @tov.creative on Instagram), which is pretty great in its own right, as the inspiration for now.
