this project is dedicated to the release of a new version of the unreal engine. Our task was to make a story video in which we tried to highlight the problems that content creators face and show the benefits of ue.

it all starts with a concept

This is how we work on lighting. The main task is to make the viewer's attention focused on the main objects, for this we highlight them with light. First we highlight the main character, then the corner of the table to make the composition more diverse and add volume, at the end we add lighting to the background to emphasize the shooting studio

the main character imagines that all the objects around are people dressed in a chromakey

here we see the outdated ways of filming a movie, this is a caricature scene that we were inspired to create by footage from the filming of the matrix

this is a moodboard, here we collect material for inspiration, color palettes, compositional solutions and everything that will help make the project better

the main character comes home, we see posters on the walls, fortnite, mandalorian, matrix - all this was created using ue

compositionally, the video is divided into two parts, the first part highlights the difficulties that the protagonist faced, the music and the color palette disturbing, from that moment ue appears in the video, the dynamics and atmosphere change

we used unreal engine attributes, blueprints and icons

the hero enters different worlds made in ue

here we understand that all this time the main character was on the set, and everything that seemed to him before that was just a realistic work of new ue technologies for creating movies
