Imagine Cairo with no slums! Some people sleep with no roofs over their heads every day, and worse, others sleep hoping the house would not crash over them. In this project, we focus on building a quick, cost-effective, resilient, self-sufficient and sustainable housing unit, which is eligible to flexible planning and expansion with time. There is a huge hidden potential among the environments we live in and the people we consider poor. The housing they are able to build and the resources around them would allow for more convenient solutions in respect to their culture and the environment.
